UK university admissions for international families
Independent guidance through UCAS, offers, CAS, the student visa and accommodation — one adviser, one plan, in your language. For families anywhere.
A structured process built around the deadlines that decide everything — the UCAS closing dates, the offer replies, the CAS window and the visa timing. Each one is mapped from the start, so parents always know what happens next and students always know what they are working on.
A free conversation about your child's goals, current school and results. You leave with an honest view of what is realistic and which package fits.
I research courses and universities against grades, interests and budget, and agree a shortlist of five UCAS choices with realistic, target and ambitious options.
Personal statement drafts and edits, reference guidance for the school, and a checked, complete UCAS submission before the deadline.
I explain each offer and its conditions, prepare you for interviews or admissions tests where required, and help you choose firm and insurance wisely.
Once your place is unconditional — the university has confirmed the offer conditions are met — I manage the CAS request, the financial evidence and the visa application itself, keeping every step inside its deadline.
Halls applications, contracts, deposits and a practical arrival checklist so the first week is about settling in, not solving problems.
Choose how much of the journey you would like me to carry. Every package includes a written plan with dates, and direct contact with me.
€1,500 one payment
For families who want expert direction on the application and are comfortable handling the later stages themselves.
€3,000 two instalments
The full route from application to arrival, including the visa — the stage where most mistakes and delays happen.
€5,500 three instalments
For families who want one person managing every detail and every deadline, with priority access throughout the year.
Prices are per student and exclude UCAS fees, visa fees, the Immigration Health Surcharge and any sworn translations. Not sure which package fits? The discovery call is where we work that out together.
Most agencies stop at the offer. Most visa advisers have never read a personal statement. I do both, and I do it in your language.
You are not passed between a "counsellor", a "visa team" and a call centre. The person who helps write the personal statement is the same person who checks the visa documents.
CAS timing, financial evidence and the visa deadlines sit in the calendar from the first month, alongside the application itself. Planning them together is what keeps the summer calm instead of frantic.
Parents and students often speak different languages at different levels. I work in Russian, Spanish and English natively, so parents understand the decisions, not just the outcome.
I am paid by you, not by institutions, and I do not steer students towards universities that pay commission. The shortlist is built around your child.
If a target is unrealistic, you will hear it early, with an alternative. Trust is easier to build with a clear no than with a hopeful maybe.
The founder
I'm a trained translator who has spent years managing complicated admin for international families — deadlines, documents, embassies, universities. Along the way I learned the UK admissions system properly: not just UCAS, but everything that comes after the offer, which is where families most often need help.
Prospectus Admissions is my way of offering that knowledge directly. I work with a small number of families each cycle in Russian, Spanish and English. You get one person — me — who knows your child's file, answers the phone, and treats your deadlines as their own.
Request a callIdeally 12 to 18 months before the intended September start — the summer before the final school year. The UCAS deadline for most courses is in January; Oxford, Cambridge, medicine, dentistry and veterinary applications close in mid-October. Starting late is not fatal, but it limits choices.
Yes, UK universities set entry requirements for each. What matters is how the grades convert and whether specific subjects are required. I check the exact requirements for every course on the shortlist before the application is made.
Most universities accept IELTS Academic or equivalent, and many accept an English grade from an IB or A-level programme instead. Requirements vary by course and by university, and the visa has its own rules. I confirm what applies to your child so you sit only the tests you need.
The Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies is a reference number the university issues once your place is unconditional and, usually, a deposit is paid. It is required for the visa application and is only valid for a limited period, so timing between results day, CAS and visa submission has to be managed carefully.
No, and nobody honestly can. Admissions decisions belong to universities. What I guarantee is a realistic shortlist, a complete and well-prepared application, and no missed deadlines — which is what moves the odds.
Yes, in the Complete and Concierge packages. I prepare the document set, review the financial evidence against current Home Office requirements and walk you through the online application. I am not an immigration law firm; if a case has legal complexity I will tell you and recommend a regulated adviser.
By bank transfer with an invoice from a Spanish registered business. Foundation is paid in one instalment; Complete and Concierge are split across the year, with the first instalment before work begins.
Tell me a little about your child and where you are in the process. I will reply within one working day with available times.
